Brick threw glass is a Movie review website hosted by film critic Matt Willey. Brick threw glass is a metaphor I made up for film, the BRICK is the anamorphic shot blocking, and GLASS is the camera lens , the word THREW is a play on words, should have been thru but, I used the words THREW. This website reviews and critics films in a different way, using humor it also tries to interject some of my technical knowledge of how films are created and made into the process.

This is how this movie review website works; we have a 4 star movie review rating system for films and DVDs and BLU-ray disks with 4 out of 4 stars the best and one stars being really bad. We have added the 3.5 and 2.5 into our movie review ratings to make this website a little deeper and Adding to the the readers enjoyment ... More about our 4 STAR MOVIE REVIEW SYSTEM

Terminator Salvation is one of the most awaited movies of the last few years, just like the new Star Trek movie and the new Transformer Movie; all are based on sequels to past hit movies. The story starts out as Marcus Wright (Sam Worthington) is donating his organs and tissue to Cyberdyne the corporation that made the first robot that develop into terminators and Skynet. John Connor then leads a team to attack a Skynet base and he is the only survivor after finding human captives of the robots. Marcus Wright then wakes in a post apocalyptic world after being released by the Skynet raid and he walks to downtown Los Angeles not far from where I live…scary. He then stumbles upon two human survivors Kyle Reese (Anton Yelchin) and Star (Jada grace) and then after finding a radio they meet the leader of the resistance John Connor (Christian Bale). In the last Terminator film John Connor was locked in a secret cave as Judgment Day begins, he is broadcasting radio messages to try to find survivors and his dad who due to future time travel in other previous films is Kyle Reese. They then try to save the world or what’s left of it from these killing machines. If you like war films or explosions then you will like this film, the story is a stretch, and you almost have to have watched some of the previous Terminator movies to get the complexities of what’s going on . Read Whole ReviewThere are some of the most intense action scenes I’ve seen in a while and lots of Computer Animation along with animatronics to get this film a look that is heads and tails above the previous movies. It would have been nice if the stars of Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines Nick Stahl, Claire Danes and Arnold Schwarzenegger were brought back, Nick Stahl’s voiceovers were great in the last film. The thing is that the writers are trying out due the other movies and just went too far, they could have just left half the story out and worked on character development to make us care about these characters. I wanted to like this movie, but it was just ok after this year’s runaway hit Star trek it’s hard to really put this in the same league, this movie will find fans but just not the wider audiences like other films do...![]()
